Letting terms for the forthcoming
academic year are variable, with a minimum term of 42 weeks. Longer
term agreements are available for those wishing to plan for up
to the entire duration of their course.
A 2.5% discount will be offered to those paying in one
instalment. We also offer 2 and 3 payment options, however a 2.5%
surcharge will be incurred on the 3 payment option.
