News   •   Domain has received planning permission in Winchester to build 382 rooms. The scheme will be completed for the start of the 2010 academic year. University of Winchester have agreed a long term lease for the entire scheme.

What about safety?

There is 24hour security and CCTV on site. Access is limited to residents and limited Domain personnel. Fire alarms are tested weekly as well as fire drills quarterly. Signs are posted with instructions. Safety talks are given by the police; posters and leaflets are distributed advising of local support groups.
