News   •   Domain has received planning permission in Winchester to build 382 rooms. The scheme will be completed for the start of the 2010 academic year. University of Winchester have agreed a long term lease for the entire scheme.

Can I terminate my contract before the agreed date?

Yes, if your circumstances change and you decide to leave you can terminate your contract at any time. Termination of the contract will incur a £95 administration fee. It is your responsibility to find a successor for your room. Until this time you are responsible for any payments.
