News   •   Domain has received planning permission in Winchester to build 382 rooms. The scheme will be completed for the start of the 2010 academic year. University of Winchester have agreed a long term lease for the entire scheme.

Do I need to pay council tax?

No, as a student you are exempt from paying council tax. Your university will provide you with an exemption form at enrolment. Key workers are responsible for their council tax and must register with the council when they move in.
