News   •   Domain has received planning permission in Winchester to build 382 rooms. The scheme will be completed for the start of the 2010 academic year. University of Winchester have agreed a long term lease for the entire scheme.

What is the difference between Domain and University managed accommodation?

Whilst working closely with university accommodation officers, Domain is a private sector provider. As such your tenancy is governed by an assured short hold tenancy agreement (ASTA). Whilst Domain is similar to University accommodation in many ways, it has the benefits of a private landlord.
