News   •   Domain has received planning permission in Winchester to build 382 rooms. The scheme will be completed for the start of the 2010 academic year. University of Winchester have agreed a long term lease for the entire scheme.

Who is responsible for cleaning my flat?

Students are jointly responsible for cleaning the flat. It is the students own responsibility to clean their room. The stairs and hallways outside the flats are cleaned on a regular basis by Domain staff. Some sites can offer an additional cleaning service for an agreed fee. At the end of the tenancy flats must be returned in good condition or additional charges may be levied.
