News   •   Domain has received planning permission in Winchester to build 382 rooms. The scheme will be completed for the start of the 2010 academic year. University of Winchester have agreed a long term lease for the entire scheme.

When will I get my deposit back?

You will get your deposit back as soon as possible after the end of your contract. Any damages will be deducted from your deposit. It is your responsibility to return your room in the same condition as you moved in to it.
