News   •   Domain has received planning permission in Winchester to build 382 rooms. The scheme will be completed for the start of the 2010 academic year. University of Winchester have agreed a long term lease for the entire scheme.

Why must my guarantor be based in England or Wales?

As the property laws are different outside of these countries it is not possible to have a guarantor based elsewhere. If you cannot provide an English or Welsh guarantor you will nee to ensure your rent is paid cleared funds, in full, prior to your arrival at the scheme.
