Is there any kind of pastoral care?

There is a team of staff on site to help students with any issues which arise. Outside of office hours we have a team of senior students who are on call each night to assist students with any problems or issues they might have during what may be their first experience away from home. Senior students can help with a number of issues such as students who are finding it hard to mix, feeling homesick or just having trouble finding their way round. There is also a night service provided by security.
